The regeneration proposals

The mixed-use regeneration of this former industrial site will deliver:
  • Oasis Academy Temple Quarter, a new 1,600 place secondary school and sixth form to meet the urgent need for places in central and eastern Bristol
  • 367 new homes, including affordable homes, delivered by award-winning Bristol housebuilder Studio HIVE in partnership with Atlas Land Ltd
  • Employment, research and learning space to be delivered by the University of Bristol
  • Purpose-built student accommodation to ease pressure on traditional private rented accommodation in the city, managed by specialist student developer, Future Generation
  • Cycle and pedestrian links within areas of landscaped public open space
  • Restoration of historic listed canalside industrial buildings
